Vision

Ignite Yoga and Pilates has a goal to make yoga and pilates more accessible to everyone, we do not think this should be shared between a certain few! We want you to join with us in this beautiful, life changing movement. Ignite strives to create a happier and healthier community through each and every class.

Purpose

Ignite’s purpose is to create a place of bliss and wellness which allows for progression and change. We offer a varied selection of classes which enables you to have more, and in return gives better understanding of your body – physically, emotionally and physiologically.

Why We Succeed

We are bound by what we preach. Ignite’s community of teachers and students create a bond that allows us to develop deeper into our bodies and minds. We have passion to succeed and our actions and thoughts allow this to happen naturally.

The Difference

Ignite Yoga and Pilates offers a combination of classes and we are not restricted to what we can teach our students! We want to offer a variety so each student is getting the very most out of their journey with our studio. We could not justify just offering one, as each and every class we offer is unique and cannot be replaced by another. So that made the decision quite easy for us to make and in return you can now come to the one studio that has it all!

  • Hatha

    Our Hatha classes at Ignite are designed as a powerful tool for self-transformation. This class will open the channels to the spine and align your skin, muscles and bones, creating energy to flow freely throughout the body. Our Hatha classes will be practiced in our warm (27'c), hot (37'c) and natural rooms. Hatha will increase your strength, flexibility and change your life, but be prepared to sweat for it!

  • Mat Pilates

    Excellent core strengthening and overall toning workout. This class is great for beginners new to the mat and can still offer challenges for those with years of experience. Mat pilates allows you to build the foundational blocks that can allow you to proceed to more complex practices. You will be able to see improvements in your strength, posture, agility, flexibility as well as toned muscles! This is great for students of all ages and fitness levels.
  • Vinyasa Flow

    A flowing powerful Vinyasa class in either a Hot or Warm room will teach you to join your movement with your breath. This allows you to use your breath to move your body. The Asanas postures are great for beginners but challenging at times as they vary from teacher to teacher. Experienced students are taken onto more advanced and modified postures throughout the class, which offer an insight into the depths of these postures.
  • Yin

    Held in the studio’s warm room Yin is a slow, deep-stretching style class where postures are held for up to 5 minutes allowing safe, muscle release. This is a great way to release chronic tension and de-stress. Suitable for all ages and levels, Yin will relax and nourish you into each posture allowing tension, pain and stress to soften away, leaving you feeling bliss at the end of your class. This is a great addition to any week!
  • Vinyin

    A powerful and deep-stretching combination of Vinyasa flow and Yin. This makes for a brilliant yoga class. The first section of the class is Vinyasa allowing movement to move your body. This is flowed by Yin which opens and releases the already warm muscles allowing you to get deeper into your practice!
  • Power

    Ignite offers an energizing Power Yoga class that will leave you walking away with a skip in your step. This class is excellent for those looking to increase their strength training. This a great strengthening yoga class as the sequence has a faster paced rhythm which works wonders for overall toning! This class is practiced in a warm (27'c) and hot (37'c) room to give you the best results.
  • Prenatal Pregnancy

    Pregnancy yoga is practiced in a different way to general yoga, although it is still using the same postures and breathing exercises. The prenatal yoga is designed specifically with the needs of the pregnant woman in mind and the postures are modified to suit the needs of the growing baby. You will feel well in your body and more relaxed in your emotions and you will begin to feel more present in each and every moment.
